We happily accept returned or exchanged goods with your proof of purchase if they were incorrectly ordered, or are faulty. When you return any goods, you will be charged a 15% restocking and handling fee. All returns require a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) which is allocated by Total Safety Signs. A copy of the Total Safety Signs invoice must be attached to the returned goods so they can be identified when the received by Total Safety Signs. If you return them to our stores, proof of purchase is required and will be refunded according to the method of payment, after all checked have been done.
